Loxa Integration Compliance Requirements
1. Brand, Content & Pricing Integrity
1.1 No Unauthorized Modifications
Partners must not amend, modify, truncate, reformat, obscure, manipulate, or misrepresent any Loxa-provided:
- Text content
- Pricing information
- Policy wording or documentation
- Branding assets (including logos, trademarks, color schemes, or UI components)
- API response data
All Loxa materials must be displayed exactly as provided unless prior written approval has been obtained from Loxa.
1.2 Prohibition on Misrepresentation
Partners must not present Loxa products, pricing, or coverage in a manner that:
- Is misleading, incomplete, or deceptive
- Omits required disclosures
- Creates ambiguity regarding coverage scope or exclusions
- Suggests endorsement, partnership level, or underwriting structure beyond what is contractually agreed
Any derived marketing or promotional materials referencing Loxa products require prior written approval.
2. Technical Integrity & Fail-Safe Requirements
2.1 Mandatory Error Handling Controls
Partners must implement appropriate technical safeguards to ensure that:
- If any element of a Loxa API call fails, returns an error, or provides incomplete data, the Loxa insurance offering is not displayed.
- No partial pricing, incomplete coverage details, or fallback estimates are shown.
- Cached or stale pricing is not displayed in place of a failed API response unless explicitly permitted in writing.
2.2 Real-Time Accuracy Requirement
Loxa pricing, coverage details, and eligibility decisions must only be displayed when successfully retrieved via a valid and complete API response.
2.3 Transaction Integrity
Partners must ensure policy purchase flows cannot proceed if required API validations fail.

3. Privacy & Data Protection Compliance
3.1 Privacy Policy Update Requirement
Partners must update their publicly accessible Privacy Policy to allow Loxa to compliantly provide their customers with policy documentation.

4. "About Loxa Insurance" Disclosure Requirement
4.1 Mandatory Informational Page
Partners must provide users with access to an informational page explaining:
- The nature of the insurance product
- Coverage scope and key exclusions
- Claims process overview
- Policy duration and cancellation terms
- The identity of the insurer and underwriting entity (where applicable)
4.2 Hosting Options
This page may:
- Be hosted on the partner's website in accordance with Loxa-approved content; or
- Link directly to an official Loxa-hosted informational page.
4.3 Prominent Accessibility
The "About Loxa Insurance" or equivalent disclosure link must:
- Be accessible prior to policy purchase
- Not be hidden behind multiple navigational layers

5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Loxa reserves the right to:
- Review partner implementations at any time
- Request evidence of compliance with these requirements
- Require remediation within a specified timeframe
- Suspend or terminate API access for non-compliance
